Perfect for your Irish-themed dinner party or any meal, this dish offers a deep, rich chocolate flavor complemented by a creamy, refreshing sauce. Despite its fancy name, it's enhanced with some clever shortcuts and requires minimal time and effort to prepare. Serve it alongside some Irish coffee.

Ingredient
1 package of chocolate cake mix
2 tablespoons of instant espresso powder
1/2 cup of Guinness beer
Powdered sugar for dusting
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
3 tbsp whiskey
Set the oven to 350°F. Follow the package instructions to make the cake, but make a few adjustments. Incorporate 2 tablespoons of espresso powder into the mix, reduce the water by 1/2 cup, and substitute with 1/2 cup of Guinness beer. Pour the batter into a bundt pan and bake for 38 to 42 minutes. To check if the cake is ready, insert a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
While cake is baking, scoop ice cream in a bowl and leave out to melt. Once it melts stir in whiskey and voila you have vanilla whiskey sauce.
Once cake is completely cooled dust with powdered sugar.
To serve, spread some vanilla sauce on a plate and set a slice of cake on it. Remember to pair it with Irish coffee. Enjoy!
